Honoring Janet Hainey, Certified Master Baker

In honor of Women's History Month, Retail Bakers of America (RBA) celebrated Janet Hainey, the first woman Certified Master Baker with the RBA. Hainey was a long-time baker in Berrien Springs, Michigan, at Apple Valley, previously owned by Andrews University. Andrews hired Hainey when she began her work at Apple Valley in 1975.
