A PhD dissertation defense for Patricio Ordonez is scheduled on July 30, 2025, from 2–4:30 p.m. via Zoom. Patricio Ordonez will defend his dissertation in partial fulfillment for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy. His dissertation title is, "Inner Life, Spiritual Leadership, & Spiritual Well-Being as Predictors of the Organizational Performance of Employees at a Seventh-Day Adventist University in Latin America."
