In this book, Dr. Kuryliak examines Revelation through four interpretive approaches: preterism, idealism, historicism, and futurism. Drawing on biblical exegesis and ancient Christian reception history, he argues that historicism’s integration of past, present, and future offers a framework for understanding Revelation’s prophetic imagery.
The evening will offer an opportunity to meet the author, hear about the research behind the book, and celebrate its publication. The program will include a welcome and introduction, an author presentation, a moderated conversation, audience Q&A, and closing remarks. A book signing and reception will follow.
Bohdan Kuryliak is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Zurich and an associate professor of New Testament at the Ukrainian Institute of Arts and Sciences.
