Now in its 10th year under the Newmyer name, the tournament has become a signature event from the Andrews University Office of Athletics. Over two summers, he hosted a four-session workshop at his church that guided participants through understanding why to build a computer, how to choose the parts, and then assembling the machine through two hands-on sessions. Participants received either the computers they built, or refurbished units Russell upgraded with equipment he received from Andrews. One family who attended later visited their church evangelistic series and even had the opportunity to meet the evangelist. Baker Jr., PhD, to present an archaeological lecture titled &ldquo;Raging Bull and Peaceful Hippo&rdquo; on Monday, March 9, at 7 p.m. in Lynn Wood Hall chapel on campus.</p> <p> As associate director of Andrews University Press in Michigan, Baker serves as the managing editor of the Andrews Study Bible and the Andrews Bible Commentary volumes.
